Xiaomi Mi Note 2 : Galaxy Note 7, which does not burn ? – Clubic

In addition to the tantalizing concept without borders Mid Mix, Xiaomi introduced yesterday a series model with more conventional, but no less interesting. The Mi Note 2 is actually a good alternative to the fire the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, on which it is based on the aesthetic standpoint.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is actually curved at the back, like its predecessor, but now also to the front. It sports an AMOLED screen curved 5.7-inch, as the Note 7, which occupies 77.2% of the surface of the device. But to maintain a low price, this screen is a definition of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a resolution modest 385 pixels-per-inch. The OLED screens pool in addition to their sub-pixels of green, which further reduces the sharpness of the display.

It is also an Android smartphone top of the range in line with other flagship products.

To begin with, it embeds a chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, one of if not the most powerful on the market. It is associated with 4 Gb of ram and 64 Gb of internal memory or, respectively, 6 Gb, and 128 Gb.

In terms of connectivity, this phone has a modem 4G Qualcomm Snapdragon X12, offering a maximum of 600 Mb/s in reception and 150 Mb/s in emission. Xiaomi has provided an international model that captures multiple frequency bands, including those operated in France. There is also Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC. A 3.5 mm jack full here port USB Type-C.

On the plane of the picture finally, the Mi Note 2 has a sensor of 8 million pixels to the front and a Sony Exmor RS IMX230 on the back. The latter combines 22.5 million pixels and an auto focus phase detection on a diagonal 1/2,6 inch, either of the photocells of 1 µm.

The whole is based on Android 6.0 with the interface home MIUI 8, and on a battery of 4070 mAh, compatible with Quick Charge 3.0.

This Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be go on sale in China on the 1st of November for 2 800 and 3 300 yuan, the equivalent of 380 and 450 euros. The launch date of the international version is not specified, but we know that it will be sold for 3,500 yuan, or 475 euros.
