Paris has reacted to the verdict given on Wednesday 21 December by the Court of justice of the european Union on the western Sahara and the agricultural agreement between Europe and Morocco.
” France takes note of the decision rendered today by the Court of justice of the european Union on the agricultural agreement between the european Union and Morocco, setting aside the original judgment of the general court of the european Union of 10 December 2015, ” responded the spokesman of the Quai d’orsay. “France had supported the appeal brought by the council in view of this cancellation,” he recalled.
” We consider the autonomy plan presented by Morocco in 2007 as a serious and credible towards a negotiated solution “, he added.
