Death Note : A star of Heroes at the casting – Actus Ciné – AlloCiné – AlloCiné

While the filming of the movie Death Note continues in Vancouver, one learns today from Entertainment Weekly that Masi Oka (unforgettable Hiro from Heroes) will appear in this adaptation of american japanese manga series produced by Netflix.

Yatta ! In an interview he granted recently to the website Entertainment Weekly, Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura from Heroes and Dr. Bergman Hawaii 5-0) has revealed that he would play in Death Note, the adaptation of american manga by Tsugumi Ohba. The actor also said that he was one of the producers. The former master of time and space of Heroes has not announced which character he was going to incarnate in this feature film shooting real, but he should probably expect a minor role…

This adaptation of the u.s. manga Death Note is directed by the director Adam Wingard. The latter has promised to fans of the nudity, bad words and violence, in short, a film for adults. The side cast, Nat Wolff has been chosen to embody Light Turner, Willem Dafoe will lend his voice to Ruyk, a shinigami that accompanies the bearer of the Death Note, and Margaret Qualley (The Leftovers) will play Mia Sutton

Death Note tells the story of a high school student who stumbles upon a book of the supernatural, which contains great power ; if you enter the name of someone known to the face, that person dies. But very quickly, the young man is overwhelmed by this power, and begins to kill those he deems unworthy to live. The film is expected to arrive on Netflix current 2017.
