About the Uber app, as you know, at the end of each race, you assign a Note the driver. But did you know that it also gives you a score ranging from 1 to 5?
In a quality objective and respect between users and drivers, the American company requires its drivers to note the passengers to end of each race.
“At the end of each trip, driver and passengers are invited to give a note regarding their experience during the race, says Uber. The scoring system ensures that passengers as drivers are respectful of each other. “
So if you have a very poor rating, the driver has the right not to accept the race. What we did not know is that each user has the ability to recover its note with the method explained in the video below.
