The rating agency Standard & amp; Poor’s (SP) Thursday lowered the rating of Brazilian oil company Petrobras by two notches, from BBB- to BB (speculative grade), with a negative outlook.
The day before, S & amp; P had already relegated Brazil among the “speculative” borrowers while the government of President Dilma Rousseff (left) faces budgetary and growing political difficulties
