LG G4 Note: The trademark was registered in the United States – Frandroid

Already mentioned by Korean media last March, the LG Note G4 seems to become a reality. After Stylus G4, the Korean brand apparently wants to start in the field of high-end phablettes with stylus.

While Samsung abandons the stylus in Europe by not selling its Galaxy Note 5, the alternative could also arrive from Korea with a new PHABLET provided with its small pen for touch screen. Already glimpsed a few months ago, the LG G4 Note begins to take shape officially.

As the specialized site Phandroid discovered, the USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office registered) published this Monday a file for trademark registration G4 Note. If this does not provide any concrete information on the phone itself, it confirms that the smartphone is indeed in the pipeline and will arrive in the West in the coming months. In addition, this trademark is accompanied by a logo, typography taking the usual range

Although the technical details of this phone are not known at present, it is not hard to imagine that this will be a high-end as well as LG G4, and able to compete across the Atlantic with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. It should therefore not vampirize sales of LG Stylus G4, unveiled last May, and himself with, as the name suggests, a stylus, but for the entry-level segment.

Perhaps learn -we more during IFA 2015, which will open this week in Berlin, but this remains to be confirmed given that the brand has just been filed.
