PARIS (Dow Jones) – Moody’s decided to maintain its rating “Baa2″ on Vivendi, with a “stable” perspective, following the refocusing of the group on the media, said Wednesday the financial rating agency.
“Vivendi has not detailed how the group will implement its growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, as well as the group has not clarified its policy or financial its balance sheet objectives, “notes Moody’s. “However, our rating takes into account the fact that the group has stated its intention to maintain a Baa2″ said the credit rating agency.
According to the classification Moody’s, a rating “Baa2″ is considered a debt of less than average quality.
