Galaxy Note 5: The USB Type-C should be part – Phonandroid

Very awaited by fans of the range Galaxy Note, the Galaxy Note 5 should be presented in September at IFA 2015 Berlin. If Samsung already accidentally unveiled at the beginning of June 2015, it could be that the PHABLET arrives with a UBS Port Type-C, which would be great news.

If we already know that 5 Galaxy Note will arrive in September, together with Samsung Pay, specifications are still pending. Apart from the possible presence of an automatic ejection mechanism for the S-Pen we can not say that the information jostling at the gate.

Until today, as new details come to emerge, especially regarding the USB port which will benefit the Galaxy Note 5. Thus should expect a USB Type-C , which would be great news.

The USB Type-C makes a lot of attention lately, whether for speed, with transfer rates up to 10 Gb / s, and its ability to quickly recharge devices . But the most interesting feature is its reversible side, This means that you can plug your connector in either direction without risking wrong .

Google had also announced that the first smartphone equipped with this technology would arrive soon. This suggests that the firm at the green figure is not lying, since the Galaxy Note 5 should be available from September, shortly after the announcement.

Android natively supports the new M type of USB port, it is not difficult to imagine that the Galaxy Note 5 could run on the next version of Google’s operating system. However, Android M currently being available only in preview, delays seem rather short for Google finalizes and that Samsung adds various drivers and the TouchWiz interface.

Remember that Android had Lollipop was unveiled in June 2014, with a provision for immediate public beta. It was then necessary to wait until October for the announcement of the final version, with availability in November.

Anyway, it will be the IFA 2015 Berlin get to the bottom heart, and whether the Galaxy Note 5 will be one of the first smartphones to offer a port USB Type-C. If this proves true, it still would be great news
