Pierre Nanterme, highest rated CEO according to Glassdoor – Les Echos Business

Consider that it is indeed a ranking of the most popular French leaders might be a bit hasty. This ranking done on “ at least 20 reviews of employees based in France ” does not claim to scientific rigor. He may be merit to gather for the occasion five patterns of very different businesses.

Established by Glassdoor, a site / application still little known in France, which notably allows employees to anonymously give their opinion on the business in which they are based, the first ranking that is based on the single employee experience in the business in question (and not necessarily to the seat), place on the top of the podium Pierre Nanterme, CEO of Accenture. One employee in particular welcomes “ the proximity with management and attention to respect for private life .” Vianney Mulliez, President of Auchan group’s supervisory board comes in 2nd place. There within the distribution group, shows an anonymous, “ a good team spirit and a balanced work .” Appearing in third place, Yves Guillemot Ubisoft CEO, distinguished for “ respectful relationships between management and employees .” Jean-Laurent Bonnafe, CEO of BNP Paribas and Maroun Edde, who heads one of the jewels of French software vendors, the ferment ban. For the former, it is a “ team always listening ” for the second, “ a horizontal management style ” that stand out.

In the US, Glassdoor has established a ranking of the 50 highest rated CEO (Larry Page of Google is first) and a ranking of the most popular women leaders (Mary Barra General Motors tops) .

The Glassdoor site states manage 6 million notice database on businesses, assessments of CEOs, salary information and job interviews returns.
