Edge Note 5

The Galaxy Note 5 could keep a low profile so far but the secrecy is now finished. Indeed, a source close to Samsung announced that the next manufacturer PHABLET could be presented in July. In addition, designers are beginning to offer their concepts. So there is no doubt that we will hear about the Note 5 in the coming months.

First introduced as the Project Zen code, the Galaxy Note 5 is indeed being prepared in the Samsung factories. It is the Korean site WhoWired who unveiled the information and ensures that a source close to the automaker plans an official announcement of the smartphone in July 2015.

What is safe for now, is that as for the Galaxy S6, the Note 5 will be available in two declination: a standard and a curved screen with Edge. The smartphone may be equipped with a Snapdragon processor 808, a main camera of 16 megapixels and a secondary 8-megapixel. As for its 5.4-inch screen, it will benefit from Dual Edge Galaxy S6 technology.

A concept very similar to Galaxy S6 Edge

Accompanying this new, here is a project from the work of the designer Ivo Maric on a concept of the Edge version of the Galaxy Note 5. It is very close to that proposed by Samsung for its Galaxy S6: an all-glass frame, a curved screen on both sides, not from microSD carrier or removable battery. Hopefully, however, that the designer is wrong or that Samsung plans instantly by significantly increasing the internal storage capacity of its PHABLET.
