Xiaomi is working on a new version of the Mi Note 2, equipped with a flat-screen tv classic in place of the curved screen. The product has passed the certification TENAA.
Xiaomi has presented at the end of the month of October, the Mi Note 2, a phablet top of the range, which offers for the first time at the manufacturer’s full compatibility with the 4G LTE used in France. The product also stands out for its design with a glass front is 2.5 D on each side and the use of a curved screen, a recipe that reminds a lot the latest Galaxy from Samsung.
however, It seems that the manufacturer provides also a variant of the Mi Note 2 with a conventional display that has been seen in the documents of the TENAA, the certification office devices sold in china.
no One knows very few things about this new model, but we think that it should return to the rest of the features of the Mi Note 2 : an OLED screen Full HD, a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 821 and the integration of the Sony sensor IMX318 of 23 Megapixels. The compatibility with our 4G networks will remain to be determined, as it does, up to now, the model of the Mi Note 2 the most expensive 3 499 yuan or 474 euros.
Two reasons may explain why Xiaomi would like to come out a Mi Note 2 with a flat-screen tv classic. First, the manufacturer wants to without doubt ensure the production of the Mi Note 2 in sufficient quantity, and the curved screen provided by Samsung is probably the component most difficult to obtain. Other units the use of a classic screen should allow to lower the cost of production and, why not, the selling price of the device.
Now that it has been certified by the TENAA, this new product should soon be officially announced by Xiaomi tech.
