PARIS (Dow Jones) – The credit rating agency Moody’s Investors Service placed the credit rating Monday CFR (corporate family rating) “B3″ Alcatel-Lucent on review for a recovery. This decision follows the announcement by the group on April 15 an agreement with Nokia for a rapprochement, Moody’s said in a statement. “Nokia has a stronger balance sheet, better history of profitability and a better credit rating Alcatel-Lucent and the merger is expected to improve the credit profile of Alcatel-Lucent,” said Roberto Pozzi, an analyst at Moody’s.
