Mlais probably does not tell you much, and because it is one of the many Chinese manufacturers who are trying to shake up the mobile market by destabilizing the big brands with products with solid data sheet for a low price.
The good news is that today, most of these low cost products come standard with Android Lollipop. This is the case of the mark M4 Mlais, which is in the form of a Phablet to 5 inches size.
M4 Note 5 inch IPS displays a screen diagonal of a definition of 1280×720 pixels. It is powered by a four MTK6732 processor 64-bit cores clocked at 1.5 GHz, supported by a GPU ARM MALI-T760 and 2GB of RAM.
Internally there is 16 GB of storage, Connections 4 
G LTE up to 150 Mbps, a dual SIM slot (micro SIM and standard SIM), various motion sensors, accelerometers, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, WiFi, and a back-megapixel photo sensor 13 associated with a LED flash and a wide-angle front camera 8 megapixels.
The whole advantage of a metal frame, which should give lessons to brands, especially as its price displays in products entry level.
Note Mlais M4 is available in black or white at a price of 150.59 euros which is an introductory price for the first 100 copies. You can also get an additional discount by typing promos M4Note and M4Note1 to bring the prices between 128 and 131 € respectively for white and black version.
At that price, the M4 Note will be perfect backup terminal or a nice gift for an introduction to Android.
