Elis: Moody’s last show ‘Ba2′. – Zonebourse.com

Moody’s announced Friday it has awarded the rating ‘Ba2′ with stable outlook to the new senior bond issue of 800 million euros of Elis.

The rating agency supports his decision by the fact that the program must take rank ‘pari passu’ with all other debts of the group despite its non-inclusion in the agreement between creditors.

Elis announced last week that the net proceeds from the issuance of new bonds 2022 would focus on two redeem all outstanding due to expire in 2018.

At the Paris Bourse, the Elis share fell by 0.4% to 16.7 euros on Monday in the first exchange.
