Jean-Claude Van Damme is so strong it can even teach you to use One Note.
On October 18, is the birthday of Jean-Claude Van Damme. So I thought that rather than make fun of him again like so well known Internet, we could take this pretext to discover the One Note software. Do you agree with the principle? So follow me in this article, not so absurd as it sounds!
Let’s say you want to organize the birthday of Jean-Claude Van Damme. What interest would you have to use the software over another One Note software such as Word? In fact the reasons are multiple:

1. Share your project with your friends

One Note, you can easily do a search on words- keys. Convenient to find all notes related to “treasure hunt” for example. If you like you to arrange your documents minutely you can also create your own tags:
7. Make a table plan
One Note lets you create simple drawings. All the tools necessary for the implementation thereof are in the “Draw” tab. This can also be useful to draw on a screenshot (Insert & gt; Screen Clipping)

You can save important emails from Outlook. Right-click on the e-mail of your choice and click One Note. You can then choose which tab you will save the mail.
9. Take note of your birthday preparatory meeting
One Note is very convenient to take notes at meetings. In your Outlook calendar, right-click on the meeting you are attending then click One Note. Choose the tab where you want to store your notes and you only have to type your text. One Note will complete the pre names of participants, time, location, etc. Very handy for keeping track of your conversations!
If you want One Note remains open permanently, you can use the Dock to desktop option. The button on the right you will return to a traditional view.
