PARIS (Dow Jones) – Fitch Ratings downgraded the outlook of the long-term rating of ArcelorMittal from” stable “to” negative “the rating agency fearing that steel prices will go down more, which could negate the efforts of the steelmaker to improve its performance and reduce its debt.
