- Completion of the transformation of the industrial tool
- Ramp up the technological innovation policy;
- Specific Development of Export in the Networks segment;
/ Assignment MECELEC INDUSTRIES |
The transfer of the subsidiary MECELEC INDUSTRIES activities project on the site of Mauves is abandoned in favor of a purposive load reduction by sale to an industrial polymer processing.
Established in 2012 by the acquisition of the business SOTIRA 73 and located in Chambery, MECELEC INDUSTRIES was solely focused on the commercial vehicle market, primarily through the mastery of compression technologies, RTM and painting. The fiercely competitive burden on suppliers of this market has not achieved satisfactory economic conditions for both the valuation of operations RTM and painting, and to cover the costs specific to a business structure size MECELEC INDUSTRY.
MECELEC continue to support the chip clients in the markets of the industrial vehicle, but through the only compression technology, including production facilities, located in Mauves is common to the Networks segment.
This supplementary offering circular is available free of charge at the company’s headquarters and on the www.mecelec.fr website.
