Galaxy Note 5 and Note Edge next-gen, rumors about the details – Ubergizmo (Blog)

Note that no one expected that Samsung launches these devices early. Traditionally, the Note series is launched at IFA, which takes place in September and there is no reason to think that the calendar change for the Galaxy Note 5.

According to the report The Galaxy Note 5 would have a Super AMOLED screen and 4K or 2K’s own Exynos 7422 processor from Samsung and also modem developed by the company.

Apparently, the Galaxy Note will have a 5 ePop all-in -a, meaning that the CPU, GPU, modem, storage and RAM will be on a single chip.

The Edge Galaxy Note next generation would be at least for high-end segment with a Snapdragon processor 808, a curved screen 5.4 or 5.5 inch Super AMOLED dual edge, 16GB of internal storage, a 16-megapixel camera on the back cover, an 8 megapixel camera on the front and S-Pen.

One unclear whether Samsung will use glass and metal as they did for the Galaxy S6, so it’s too early to say whether the removable battery and microSD slots will be removed from the rating range.
