The rating agency Standard and Poor’s (SP) raised Tuesday by one notch to “CCC +” long-term credit rating of Japanese electronics group Sharp, after signing an agreement with the giant Taiwanese Hon Hai / Foxconn. This assessment, which keeps the company in the category of low-quality issuers, is accompanied by a positive outlook, which means that SP could still rise in the coming months.
