Partial refund of consumption taxes on non-road diesel fuel, heavy fuel oil and natural gas.

The partial repayment of measuring domestic consumption tax on energy products (TICPE) diesel not road and heavy fuel oil, and natural gas (TICGN) is extended for the period between 1 January and 31 December 2015 for farmers. Amounts partial refunds have increased compared to 2015. They now amount to:

0.0698 euros per liter for non-road diesel;

43.45 euros tonne for heavy fuel oil

2,521 euros per thousand kilowatt hours of natural gas (methane;

ELIGIBILITY:.

-be affiliated with a agricultural social system.

-provide-road diesel bills, fuel oil, natural gas (methane) whose delivery date is between January 1 and December 31, 2015.

– have not reached the threshold of aid “de minimis” on 2013, 2014, 2015 for heavy fuel oil and natural gas
