THE DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT OF ALGIERS 2015, the a real application of the agreement would:

 

• to the partition and loss of Mali’s independence and sovereignty;

 

• the dismantling of the Malian government and the destabilization of the subregion;

 

• to institutional disorders;

 

• to ethnitisation, dislocation and liquidation of the national army;

 

• to a civil war intercommunity;

 

• to discrimination, favoritism and impunity.

 

OUR ALTERNATIVE PROPOSALS:

 

The rebellion in northern Mali has been a recurring problem, the colonial regime to the present. It results from the will of the imperialist France unrepentant to have total control over the wealth of Mali, to keep the base of Tessalit to control the Middle East and to obtain the creation of the Common Organisation of the Saharan Regions (OCRS ).

 

It is necessary to recall that, in 1963, the first rebellion was settled, with the whole people, through political, diplomatic and military. That is why Mali then experienced 27 years of peace despite the mismanagement of the country by Moussa Traore and his CMLN / UDPM.

 

Since 1990, this rebellion is “settled” on the sly in the back of the people of Mali, with different agreements, allocation of huge funds to fictitious representatives of nomads, etc.

 

In the words of President Modibo Keita, “the problems, we must resolve, because of arrangements strength, we end up disturbing the Republic itself.”

 

It is in this light that we propose:

 

• rebuild a genuine national army in human, technical, material and financial resources and patriotic values. This should be a vital priority and all the country’s resources must be devoted to this;

 

• introducing a state of siege in the northern regions of Mali and actually face the wars to total control of the entire country;

 

• introduce a voluntary patriotic military and civic service of young people 18 to 32 years;

 

• organize public debates, inclusive national conference, the public media should be devoted primarily to this end;

 

• priority evacuate MINUSMA and all foreign forces stationed on the territory of the Republic of Mali in the shortest possible time,

 

• move to a whole new form of Republic, which take into account the aspirations of the people of Mali.
