Ath Mansour is an underdeveloped town where life is not all rosy for the people who are trying, somehow, to do with what they have in their hands. For the CPA, there is also the ‘low’ budgets are not made to curb the doldrums and lethargy in which the municipality is immersed with deficiencies in almost all areas such as urban planning (AEP sanitation , public lighting, roads, …). Nevertheless, the false note in all this remains hopelessly This urban sprawl is done mainly at the expense of agricultural land and the price of cutting hundreds of olive trees without any qualms. “A necessary evil”, would you! The blocks of houses, newly built, “entangled” with no alignment and much anarchy.
