A bad manager … over rated! – The New Republic

La Trimouille

In good French, it’s called an oxymoron, append two completely contradictory terms to create a style effect.

There, one still wonders what was the intended effect. In September 2013, the retirement home director for dependents receives its rating report for 2012. It depends on the multi-purpose union sector. The rating is glowing: 17.25 / 20. Like the previous two years. The problem is that the assessments next do not stick with that note.
This “misalignment” raised by the administrative court of Poitiers seized by the director hired for a fixed term contract of three years taints the rating of an error of law. It is canceled. The director claimed copious benefits: € 53,000
There the administrative judges have put the kibosh. The investigation of the case has highlighted the highly degraded relations director, industry representatives and his team. Negligence management and malfunctions have even been cited.
Financial claims on the wrong director so noted were swept away.
