Samsung Galaxy Note Edge will be finally launched in France – France ZDNet

Given the buzz generated by his Edge Galaxy Note, Samsung has decided to review its strategy. In September, the world’s number one mobile decided to limit the
production of this original Phablet 1 million copies. Worse, the terminal should be
officially sold in South Korea and Germany.

Finally, we learn that the Edge Note will be well available in France, by the end of the year, according to information confirmed by Samsung Digital France. Nevertheless, the quantities will be limited and the price will be just as exclusive.. 999 euros

At a time when sales of smartphones are beginning to falter, Samsung opts for pragmatism

Remember that the Galaxy Note is a variation of the Edge Note 4. Main
difference, where a curved right edge are displayed so
independent with respect to the main screen a selection of applications
and / or notifications. This “extra” screen will stay active
even if the main screen is off.

In addition to innovation in design and customer experience, this
approach can save even more space on the main screen,
and released notifications and applications mini-dock.

Beyond
  this design, this Note
Edge uses the same technical characteristics as the Rating 4
namely a 5.7-inch screen Super AMOLED with a resolution QuadHD
(2560×144), a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 805 to 2.7 GHz supported by
 3GB of RAM
Adreno 420 GPU and a 16 megapixel photo sensor, all under
 Android 4.4.
