Pascal Voisin has resigned from his position of CEO of Natixis AM and left the company.
In our opinion, this departure has minimal immediate impact on the management of funds of Natixis AM, and little, if any, impact on the funds of Natixis Global Asset management (NGAM).
We do not think that this departure is a sign of instability in the management teams and, accordingly, our rating “Neutral” on the management company remains unchanged.
We reaffirm note Morningstar analysts on NGAM funds that are currently being monitored.
