iPhone 6S vs Galaxy Note 7: without control, power is nothing – CNET France

iPhone 6S vs Galaxy Note 7: without control, power is nothing

New example that the technical characteristics can sometimes be misleading. This is the newest 7 Galaxy Note making it cool in a video posted by YouTube Phone Buff chain. It achieved a speed test of launching a series of applications to see which phone is the fastest. The conclusion is clear: the Samsung phone takes almost a minute longer to complete the transactions.

Strange, considering the Korean specifications with its Snapdragon 820 quad-core 2.1 GHz and 4 GB of RAM while the iPhone 6S will be glad 2GB and a dual core chip at 1.8 GHz. Video and highlights the problem with the data sheets: they are only part of the story. The other is to look at the optimization and management of AMR.

Because of the few devices on which it is present, iOS is better optimized and perform tasks faster, Android can claim this level of sophistication because it must be compatible with thousands of devices. Furthermore the Google OS may also handicapped by the overlay of Samsung. Among developers the situation is similar, so it can also more easily optimize their applications for the Apple OS. So the result is actually not really surprising.
