NOKIA: Fitch raised its rating by one notch to BB + – Le Figaro

(AOF) – Fitch Ratings has upgraded the long-term credit rating of Nokia to BB to BB +, its outlook is positive. The rating agency justified this decision by improving the operational profile of the group following its acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent, the regular operational progress of its network and technologies division, and by the 2015 financial performance of sustained Alcatel-Lucent despite a long procurement process. Fitch Ratings believes that it is the integration risks, but they are manageable.
