Standard & Poor’s maintained its A + / A-1 on sovereign debt … – Le Figaro

(AOF) – The Standard & amp rating agency; Poor’s maintained its A + / A-1 with a stable long-term perspective on Japanese sovereign debt. The institution explained that the country has a strong economy internationally and prosperous and a stable political and financial system. However, S & amp; P highlights the weakness of the Japanese public finances suffer particularly low inflation which is enchained in the country for years.

However, the agency says it could raise its rating on Japan’s credit in case of improving the government’s fiscal policy, recalling that a VAT increase was announced in the country.
