SFR unveiled its traditional program of Android updates for its devices. The Galaxy S4 and HTC One will be the first to receive Android 4.3 in October, while the S3 and Note 2 will be served during November / December. 
Android 4.3 updates begin to arrive at the operators SFR and, as usual, has compiled its deployment program in a table.
So, these are the two flagship HTC and Samsung, the One and the Galaxy S4 that will benefit first from the Android 4.3 update to be deployed rigged to October day. The owners of the Galaxy S3 and Note 2 will have them with the latest Android current November / December.
