Galaxy S3, S4 and Note 2: Android 4.3 and is formalized approach - Frandroid

Samsung has just released officially on the next update to Android 4.3 update. It will be deployed soon on the Galaxy S3, S4 and Note 2. As a reminder, Note 3 natively integrated this version of Android, like the Galaxy Note 10.1 (Edition 2014).
