In a note addressed to the President of the Senate, Mr. Léon Kengo wa Dondo, the General of the National Intelligence Agency Director (ANR), Mr Kalev Mutondo, some members of the present individually named Dynamics as part of a ” DRC coalition destabilization from Senegal and under the supervision of foreign sponsors’! Members of the dynamics of the Opposition categorically refute all allegations, false otherwise contained in this note and directed against members of Dynamics who took part in the seminar on Goree Island ‘elections and processes democratic in Sub-Saharan Africa: Challenges and Issues’. They condemn the lightness with which the NRA wrote that ” note ” whose reading reveals not only the politicization of a public service of the State, the handling of the country’s institutions for the purpose of ” staffing and per diem ” but also lays bare the collusion between the ANR and proved the regime against the Congolese political opposition.

The Dynamics of Opposition fell on a referenced document (see facsimile) which runs for three days on social networks and apparently bearing the signature of the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Mr. Kalev Mutondo.
This note addressed to the President of the Senate, Mr. Léon Kengo wa Dondo, has some members mentioned by name as being Dynamics part of a ‘coalition of destabilization of the DRC from Senegal and under the supervision of foreign sponsors’
Before the guilty silence of the ANR on this document, we, the Members of the Dynamics of the Opposition, we see ourselves obliged to establish national and international opinion on the following:
We categorically refute all allegations, false otherwise contained in this note and directed against members of the dynamics that participated in the seminar on Goree Island ‘democratic elections and processes in Sub-Saharan Africa: Challenges and Issues’;
We condemn with the lightness ANR which drafted the ” note ” whose reading reveals not only the politicization of a public service of the State, the handling of the country’s institutions for the purpose of ” staffing and per diem ” but also lays bare the collusion between the ANR and proved the regime against the Congolese political opposition;
We denounce in the strongest terms the clear instrumentalisation of this institution and the perversion of its missions classics by Mr. Kabila regime;
We fustigeons fanciful character of this ” note ” who abuse continues to qualify FILIMBI and LUCHA of insurgent movements when in June 2015 the survey findings conducted by the parliamentary committee (majority and opposition) on these two movements had formally established that their militants ‘not likely have any terrorist intent’ ‘and that some officials of the security services concerned had even said’ that no evidence could confirm the ”;
Why FILIMBI and LUCHA young people should continue to suffer the pangs of exile for some and imprisonment for others even while the Commission had learned nothing in their care?
Who better than the President of the National Assembly should remember this report and ensure that the NRA could dump against free-truths to the place of compatriots fundamentally committed to respect the Constitution of the Republic?
We recall that in accordance with Article 8 of the Constitution, the political opposition is recognized in the DRC. The rights attached to its existence, its activities and its struggle for democratic conquest of power are sacred. They may not undergo limits than those imposed on all parties and political activities by the Constitution and the law;
This is why we in the dynamics, not let ourselves be intimidated by montages light and coarse that betray the poverty of the imagination of the ANR;
We take the witness opinion of the dangers that members of the Opposition Dynamics run because of the ‘provisions’ ‘taken by ANR against them include:
- ‘ ‘routine management’ (abusive police surveillance) of its members;
- ‘penetration’ of Dynamics for its implosion;
- the media hype and threats of legal action against members of the Dynamic
So now we will hold Mr. Kabila and ANR accountable for everything that could happen to our members;
More than ever, we in the dynamics of opposition continue unabated our fight for the respect of the Constitution of the Republic and for democratic change scheduled December 20, 2016 after the presidential election on 27 November 2016;
reaffirm loudly that the dialogue of Mr Kabila is inappropriate and irrelevant;
