Moody’s upgrades Technicolor – Le Figaro

The rating agency Moody’s today raised the rating of the French group of technologies for digital media Technicolor, from B2 to B3, with a stable outlook.

“The rating reflects our view that the performance of the company has improved over the last two years and should continue to strengthen, “said Moody’s.

“The rating Technicolor could be further improved once it has developed over alternative sources of income in the area of ??licensing,” emphasizes the particular agency.

In 2013, Technicolor has restated its position and achieved a turnover of € 3.45 billion in 2013, together with a net loss reduced to € 92 million, mainly due to its refinancing costs.
