A new smartphone from GALAXY Note II and GALAXY Note 3?

While the GALAXY Note 3 is already installed and many are waiting to see what will the GALAXY S5, that a new smartphone from the South Korean manufacturer out of nowhere made about him, GALAXY Note 3 Neo .
