Paris was too strong for Bordeaux - Debrief and NOTES players (Bordeaux 0-2 PSG)

Parisians celebrate the first goal of Matuidi (0-1, 30th)

The Paris Saint-Germain and Girondins de Bordeaux had an appointment for the second time the season opening of the 5th day of Ligue 1. As in the Champions Trophy in August, the PSG that is required (0-2) despite a good Bordeaux generosity. With a revamped starting lineup especially with tenure of Digne and Ongenda instead of Maxwell and Cavani, the Parisians temporarily seize the lead.

Hampered by pressing the top of Bordeaux, Parisians have had great difficulty to keep the ball in the early game and failed to approach the goal of Carasso. If Paris then placed his foot on the ball, the attackers PSG lack of support on the offensive phases while Girondins not manage to go through with their actions despite a nice burst of energy.

Matuidi stuns Bordeaux

So, spectators Chaban-Delmas had little opportunity to put in their mouths for half an hour. However Matuidi undertook to lead the meeting and enjoy a good service for Ibrahimovic beat Carrasso and give the advantage to the capital club (0-1, 30th). An opening goal that knocked local then less enterprising until the break.

Bordeaux let go

After the break, Bordeaux returned with the same intentions in early game, without success. Solid, Parisians showed great serenity in their game and showed once again realistic to the break with Lucas (0-2, 64th). Ibrahimovic and Worthy were not far then permanently seal the fate of the match, but Carrasso came a double save. Insufficient to revive Bordeaux slaughtered and completely out of their game in the last fifteen minutes of a meeting finally well controlled by PSG.

Note the match: 5/10

The proposed first period show has not really been very exciting despite the Bordeaux desire and purpose of Matuidi. After the break, Paris made about its realism to widen the gap and then dominate Bordeaux numbed by the second goal of Lucas.

Goals:

– Served with 25m Matuidi Ibrahimovic launches in the area. Shooting at ground Parisian environment is affected by Carrasso but Matuidi overtakes the Bordeaux goalkeeper finally push the ball into the net (0-1, 30th).

– Verratti launches Lucas on the edge of out of play. The Brazilian left Carrasso anticipate the pass at the far post and finally just push the ball into the empty net (0-2, 64th).

The players NOTES:

Maxifoot awarded a rating (out of 10) commented to each player.

Man of the Match: Lucas Moura (7/10)

The Parisian midfielder finally managed to shine this season. Much more active on the right side, he has regularly taken over Orban. The Brazilian has erased its tendency to transplant too often in the axis and mark the second goal of the PSG. His first championship in the Parisian colors. It is not far from then provide an assist to Ibrahimovic on a subtle quilted ball.

BORDEAUX:

Carrasso (6): abandoned by his defense, he made several parades especially late in the game. It is unfortunate for the first goal and anticipates a little too quickly passed over the second Parisian goal.

Mariano (4): after beginning serious game, he commits a rough alignment error on the second Parisian goal. Uninspired offensively.

Henrique (5): marking Ibrahimovic, he made a serious first half. Like the rest of his team, he eased off in the second half.

Lamine Sane (5): valuable in the aviation field, he made several very good responses to attackers Paris

.

Lucas Orban (4): for his first start, the side had a good first half hour before then being regularly beaten by Lucas

.

Landry Nguemo (5): a lot of work to recover. He has embarrassed the Parisian attackers with several interceptions in the first period. Less prominent after the break.

Andre Poko (6): combative in midfield, he recovered many balls in the feet of Parisians before issuing beautiful assists its partners. Valuable in the dry.

Henri Saivet (3.5): despite some good acceleration, he rarely managed to make a difference. Replaced in the 74th by Jussiê (not rated) .

Ludovic Obraniak (3): positioned in the role of playmaker, he has not been very inspired. He never managed to take the game on his own to feed his attackers good balls. Disappointing.

Diego Rolan (2): we did not just see the meeting. No offensive contribution. Replaced in the 65th by Nicolas Maurice-Belay (not rated) .

Cheick Diabaté (4): too lonely before he tried to make himself available, but he never managed to make the difference against the pair Alex-Thiago Silva. Replaced in the 74th by Hadi Sacko (not rated) .

PARIS SG:

Salvatore Sirigu (5.5): a quiet game for the Parisian guard. It hardly had to do.

Gregory Van der Wiel (4.5): a little soft defensively, he was afraid his team twice in a disagreement with Alex then stopping almost play while the referee did not whistle foul on Ongenda. It brings not much more offensively.

Alex (6): marking Diabate, he left no space for Bordeaux striker. A solid game.

Thiago Silva (6): as Alex, it has content Diabaté although Bordeaux striker was not far from the fight on acceleration. A serene game and still a good quality of recovery.

Lucas Digne (5): for his first appearance in the Paris jersey, the left side has experienced a difficult start to the match with a knockout in the opening minutes, taking the ball in the face. The former Lille finally recovered well but still lacks automation with its partners.

Blaise Matuidi (6.5): many balls raked, striking races forward and opened the scoring on a pass from Ibrahimovic. The Parisian middle progresses to its highest level displayed last season.

Thiago Motta (6.5): always invaluable in construction, he offered caviar its partners with timely and accurate passes in intervals

Marco Verratti (6): for once, he had a tendency to release the ball quickly enough to take advantage of his teammates good vision of the game and offers a Lucas decisive passes and harvest his usual yellow card.

Lucas (7): read above. Replaced by the 81st Kingsley Coman (not rated) .

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (6): well muzzled by Henrique in the first period, it still manages to deliver a decisive passes Matuidi on a beautiful inspiration. It is mounted over the game plan for moving the Bordeaux defense in the second half. Replaced in the 80th by Edinson Cavani (not rated) .

Hervin Ongenda (5.5): a good match of the young Parisian striker. If it was not dangerous face Carasso, it has however been very available between the lines to deliver good balls to its partners. He eased off after the break. Replaced by the 71st Adrien Rabiot (not rated) , author of a good start.
