After fighting to offer mobile phones smaller and smaller, manufacturers have turned to the production of large-screen phones. Of course, customers have followed since these smartphones offered features simply enormous. This is where Samsung has surprised everyone by putting into overdrive with its Galaxy Note. With its 5.3-inch screen, this device was quickly called powerhouse, combining a very large screen and mobility of a smartphone.

Thus was born the concept of “phablet” device halfway between tablet and smartphone. Ugly and huge for some, a boon for others, the Galaxy Note has managed to open a whole new market segment and has sold tens of millions of copies. While competitors are still taking the lead, Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 2, which quickly has been very successful. And no doubt that this version will be much better than its predecessor.

But of course, competitors were not content to contemplate the great success of Samsung without reacting. And it was only a matter of time before the Galaxy Note 2 meets a worthy opponent. Among others, we find the LG Optimus G Pro, a device that seems to be designed for the win and take over the title of best phablet. Thus, the LG Optimus Pro G is supposed not to fear a Samsung Galaxy Note II. What is it really? Enough talk, therefore oppose these two animals in a great duel to see which of them will win.

Galaxy Note 2 VS Optimus Pro G

Like a boxing match, already announcing the big advantages that one can have on another.

To my left is the LG Optimus Pro G:

  • Display Resolution 1080p pixel density
  • super slim size, lighter weight
  • photo 13 MP sensor with HDR support, against 8 MP for the Galaxy Note 2
  • faster CPU (1.7 GHz Krait against 300 1.6 GHz Cortex A9)
  • faster GPU (Adreno 320 against Mali 400)
  • Screen Full HD IPS LCD True with better colors than the Super AMOLED
  • IR sensor (IR) for remote control of audio and video

To my right, there is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2:

  • AMOLED screen with better contrast
  • easier to find in stores
  • cheapest price
  • Comes with S Pen and Wacom digitizer

Thus, one can already see that the LG Optimus Pro G has serious advantages in its favor. However, even David could beat Goliath. So, is that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 have a secret weapon to destroy his opponent? Please stay with us
